It measurers about 1 1/4" from tip of blade to end of handle
The 5 individual inlays are real. I don't know what material they are. The middle may be mother of pearl, whatever it is, if the light hits it just right, it looks like hot embers in a fire.
The knife is not real, it does not fold, it is metal, and very well done, has BUCK on the tang of blade.
I don't know when it was made, but not many were made
